New Zealand-based indie/rock/pop outfit Summer Thieves have just dropped their nine-track remix album Paradise Down The Road Remixed.
Paradise Down The Road Remixed is presented by some of the best upcoming best upcoming producers in Australasia including Australia’s tech-house producer/DJ Hood Rich, Aotearoa’s jungle & electronic breaks artist Amamelia, house producer/DJ Sanoi, live electronic duo Kédu Carlö as well as Leaping Tiger, peak:shift, Out Of Sorts and Scott Tindale.
This release comes shortly after the release of the bands second album Paradise Down The Road, which saw Summer Thieves push their sound into new and different spaces, all-the-while maintaining the energy that has garnered them an ever-growing following.
Weaving seamlessly through deep house, dub, jungle & trap with a hint of disco for good measure, the eclectic range of electronic producers all bring their own flavours to what is an eclectic collection of originals. Each remixer maintains their own style in taking Paradise Down The Road Remixed down some unexpected left turns, while still keeping the party-starting vibe of Summer Thieves.
