WEATHER

The concert will proceed rain or shine unless the promoter decides it’s unsafe to perform. No shade or rain umbrellas are permitted in the venue so bring a raincoat if rain is predicted.

In the unlikely event of postponement, the event will run on the rain date of Sunday January 26. This will be clearly communicated to all ticket holders via email and social media.

Please enter via the Main Gate (GATE A) on Okara Drive (towards Kioreroa Road).

GRANDSTAND SEATING (GATE A)

Please enter via the Main Gate (GATE A) on Okara Drive (towards Kioreroa Road).

ALCOHOL FREE ZONE (GATE B)

Please enter via GATE B on Okara Drive (towards Whangārei town). You have a dedicated entry lane. This lane will be sign posted.

LEVEL 2 VIP (GATE A)

Please enter via the Main Gate (GATE A) on Okara Drive (towards Kioreroa Road). You have a dedicated entry lane. This lane will be sign posted.

LEVEL 3 VIP (WEST CORPORATE ENTRANCE)

Please enter via the West Corporate Entrance on Okara Drive. This is located in between GATE A and GATE B, and will be clearly signposted.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING (WEST CORPORATE ENTRANCE)

Please enter via the West Corporate Entrance on Okara Drive. This is located in between GATE A and GATE B, and will be clearly signposted.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

Limited mobility parking is available in the Semenoff Stadium car park which will be clearly sign posted (West Car Park Entrance). Access through the road closure will require a CCS Disability permit. 4 mobility car park spaces are available in Cobham Oval Car Park.

ROAD CLOSURES / TRAFFIC INFO

THERE IS NO PARKING AT THE STADIUM WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING! CARS PARKED IN THE STADIUM CAR PARK WITH NO ACCREDITATION WILL BE TOWED ON SATURDAY MORNING.

Parking options include Cobham Oval (access via Port Road), Bascule Carpark, Railway Carpark, Pohe Island Carpark, and surrounding streets including Port Road, Okara Drive and Porowini Ave, as well as in the city centre with a walk along the Hātea Loop to the stadium.

To assist us with the safe delivery of the concert including walk up and egress, a road closure will be in place on Okara Drive on Saturday from 1pm – 10.30pm, between the Porowini Avenue and Port Road roundabouts. Drop off points are located at both roundabouts. Limited mobility parking is available in the stadium car park, access is via a CCS disability permit.

Due to roadworks, Dave Culham Drive and Te Matau a Pohe bridge has been reduced to a single lane going one way. The lane heading towards the stadium from the Riverside Drive roundabout will be closed on Saturday. Please follow the detour through the city centre. Traffic heading towards Onerahi & Whangarei Heads will still have access to Dave Culham Drive.

MERCHANDISE

A range of official merchandise will be available for purchase. We have two merchandise stalls. One Merchandise tent is located inside GATE A. The second Merchandise tent is located inside the Alcohol Free Zone and can be accessed from GA or the Alcohol Free Zone.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Please be aware that Loop Live and its representatives reserve the right to request patrons to present any clothing, bags, and other carried items for searching, including being subject to a pat down and/or a scanner search before entering. We will be wanding all patrons and searching all bags so do come early to avoid queues!

Liquid of any kind is prohibited, this includes perfumes. Only sealed or empty PLASTIC bottles will be allowed in at entry. There will be a number of free water stations where you will be able to fill up your bottle. Metal or Glass water bottles will not be allowed into the event - please leave these at home.

To assist with the security process we recommend you avoid bringing bags where possible. Small bags (40cm x 30cm or under) are permitted only - Large bags and backpacks will be denied at entry. Chillibins, cooler bags and picnic baskets are NOT PERMITTED.

Patrons deemed too intoxicated by security will be turned away at entry to ensure a comfortable and friendly show for all event goers, please do not preload before the event. No refunds will be given for patrons that are refused entry due to intoxication.

The health and safety of all attendees is our number one priority. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you stay home. Please be respectful of all other patrons, including those who may wish to take extra health precautions.

If you refuse to present any of the requested items for searching, you will be denied entry.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Here is a list of all prohibited items. If in doubt, leave it at home. Any confiscated items will not be returned, replaced, or reimbursed.

Bags larger than A3 40cm x 30cm (16”x12”), Chillibins, cooler bags, picnic baskets, blankets, Gang Patches, Colours & Paraphernalia, Video cameras and recording devices (this does not include mobile phones), Photographic devices with a lens larger than a standard watch face (not exceeding 4cm in diameter) and/or a removable lens, Prams and strollers, Selfie sticks, Gopros, Drones, Banners with poles, Signs larger than (A3) 400mm x 300mm (16”x12”) with sticks and poles detached before entering the stadium, Cans or glass of any kind, Liquids of any kind including perfumes, Strictly NO alcohol or illicit drugs, Branded or commercial food and drinks, including takeaways, Metal utensils & containers, cutlery, etc, Fireworks, flares, lasers or flashlights, Knives, Tasers, Mace, Chains, Spurs or Studded Jewellery, Offensive weapons including, but not limited to, any object that may be used as a projectile such as glow sticks, balls, containers, etc., Air horns and loud hailers, Umbrellas or other sun/rain shelters, Furniture chairs or stools, Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles or scooters, Animals (excluding service dogs such as guide dogs), and any other items deemed by Event management or the promoter to be illegal, dangerous or a nuisance to yourself or others.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

A large range of catering outlets will be available along with bar service. You may bring a small amount of home prepared food such as sandwiches, baking or fruit, however commercially prepared food products, including takeaway meals or soft drinks are not permitted. Please ensure that this can fit into a small bag.

If you are under 25 and intending on purchasing alcohol, please ensure you bring ID - Accepted forms of ID are HAANZ 18+ card, NZ Drivers License or Passport.

Lids from all beverages (including water and soft drinks) will be removed on purchase to reduce the safety risk of full bottles being thrown.

No Liquids of any kind including perfumes are permitted in the venue.

Stations with free water and cups will be available throughout the venue. You may bring a sealed bottle of water (up to 750ml capacity) or an empty water bottle (up to 750ml) to fill at the water stations. Please note that lids will be discarded on entry so please leave the lid at home if bringing a reusable bottle. No metal or glass bottles permitted.
