Daddy Vad will be playing 4 shows in Aus before heading across to NZ to play 2 free back-to-back shows at Auckland's Ponsonby Social Club.

To celebrate his Australasian Tour and to give you a taste of what’s to come on his upcoming album Dubcatcher, set for release in June 2014, Loop is super stoked to present the limited edition DJ Vadim Dubcatcher Tour EP & Album Taster.

The EP brings together the sounds of the up-coming album including 80’s dancehall, reggae, soul and boogie. Featuring 6 unreleased tracks - 4 off the album plus 2 exclusive tracks only ever to be found on this limited edition EP!

Excitingly, both the Dubcatcher LP and Tour EP include the standout tracks 'Ring My Bell' and 'Rise'.

‘Ring My Bell’ ft Governor Tiggy is a vibing dancehall track that is – as Daddy Vad would put it - “for those trainspotters of the HH electronic echo unit as made popular by Jah shaka in full effect with the echo plex and space echo to boot!.”

‘Rise’ takes influences from classic roots music, infusing soul boogie with live horns and features the smooth vocals of New Zealand’s own Rio Hemopo of Trinity Roots.
