Presented at the Taite Music Prize Award evening on April 18, inside a quiet mind will be honoured for its place within NZ music history, joining previous winners such as Headless Chickens, Patea Maori Club & Upper Hutt Posse.

Summer Thieves - Armed with their new single ‘Funny How The Mind Works’ and a new album set for release later in 2023, Summer Thieves return to Australia after a summer that has seen them sell out shows at home, plus perform at some of NZ’s biggest festivals.

Joining L.A.B & Summer Thieves for this run of shows is Masaya. Fresh from releasing their debut album Chronicles of Youth, Masaya's electrifying live show is seeing them rise rapidly through the ranks of the music scene with their mix of indie-rock, soul & groove.

Don't miss out on three of NZ's best live acts playing across Australia. If you're in Australia, see you at the shows! If not, tell a friend, and enjoy this trip inside the mind.

And that's not the only piece of new musical goodness, Fly My Pretties have returned with a surprise studio recording of the classic track 'Fly My Pretties'!

Written by Barnaby Weir - this song harks back to the formation of the FMP collective, first appearing on Live at Bats from 2004. An ode to Te Whanganui-a-Tara / Wellington, the birthplace of FMP with lyrics that stand as true today as they did when the song was written.

It's the classic FMP sound with the volume turned all the way up. Listen to the track HERE.

And one last piece of goodness before we let you get to your Easter egg hunts, Tipene has just dropped a new video from his EP We No Muck Around! Filmed across a run of summer shows supporting L.A.B across Aotearoa, Tipene puts 'Believers' best in his own words -

"This track grew from a dream I had as a 11 year old visualising myself doing my thing on the big stage with the best of Aotearoa. I dedicate this to all the dreamers out there aspiring to bigger things in life. The key is hard work, take the opportunities, never give up and most of all Believe!"
